Frequently asked questions - answered! 

Q: Do I get to choose the book I will receive? 

A: Here at Lookerluxe we have made the decision to make all Bookboxes a blind delivery, you won't know what you're receiving until it arrives on your doorstep! 

Q: Do you do special editions? 

A: Not yet, but never say never. Right now the books you receive will be standard editions, whether they be paperback or hardback. 

Q: How long will it take me to answer the questionnaire? 

A: Anywhere from 10-20 minutes depending on how much information you give us, trust us - it will be worth it! 

Q: How long will my box take to arrive? 

A: Right now we are a one (wo)man band, each box will take anywhere from 1-2 hours to build and create, we then need to purchase the books for your box. Orders will be shipped within 5-8 working days of orders being placed. 

Q: Why are the boxes so expensive? 

A: As mentioned above, these boxes take time to curate. We read through every question carefully and come up with a list of options which we then go through in order to find you the perfect read, once your book has been chosen, ordered and arrives with us it will then be packaged (beautifully may we say) and all your bookish goodies added before it is shipped out to you! Due to the time and thought that goes into these boxes, as well as the product quality, we here at Lookerluxe feel the price is justified. 

Q: Why are the boxes showing as 'Sold out' I thought they were made to order? 

A: All of our boxes are made to order, but due to the small size of our team we limit orders to ensure that the quality of our products does not slip. If you sign up to our emails we will notify you when orders reopen.
