Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a link to a Custom Design Form where you can tell me everything you’d love to include in your insert.

You’ll be able to share things like:

✨ Tropes, symbols and little details
✨ Specific objects or imagery you’d like included

Please note that the included amendment is intended for small changes to the original design. Complete redesigns, major changes to the original brief or additional rounds of amendments may incur an additional design fee.

⏰ Turnaround Time

As every custom insert is individually designed, custom orders may require the full 5–10 working day processing time before dispatch.

Please complete your design form as soon as possible after ordering. Your processing time begins once I have received your completed form and all the information needed to start your design.

Designing custom inserts takes anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on complexity and that’s where the price comes from, also for the license to use certain imagery! 

If I need any additional information, I’ll contact you using the details provided with your order.

💕 A Little Note About Custom Designs

Custom designs are created specifically for you based on the brief you provide.

Please be as detailed as possible when completing your form, as your initial design will be based on the information and inspiration you submit.

Due to the time involved in creating bespoke artwork, custom design work cannot be cancelled or refunded once designing has begun.

Your finished physical insert will be posted to you once your proof has been approved.
